Every member of our team effectively communicates through all phases of production—from estimating to delivery—ensuring the success of your project.

Most of our staff has been with us in excess of ten years, giving our products continuity through a breadth of experience and history with our clients. Jacobs Press maintains a progressive edge through ongoing training and associations.

As Owner and President of Jacobs Press, Michael is involved in every aspect of the business. Michael, a Certified Graphic Arts Executive, offers 35 years of experience in print project management. An active member of the community, he currently serves on the boards of Seymour Public Library District and The Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce. Michael is also an active member of the Family Business Center at the Madden School of Business at LeMoyne College, and the Rotary Club of Auburn. Michael has a BS in Accounting from Lemoyne College.

Operations Manager

Joining The Jacobs Press from the banking industry in spring 2014, David has embraced our on time, on target and in budget philosophy.  His extensive experience with both individual and commercial clients supports our continued effort to be a resource for our current and prospective customers.  David now works directly with our clients to execute their projects and provide them with cost effective, individualized solutions. In addition, David is responsible for managing our production team. Working closely with upper management, David’s financial strengths enhance our commitment for sustainable growth.

Customer Service

Responsible for overall office management, customer service and AP/AR. Stacy is our newest member to the Jacobs Press team having worked in Auburn for many years focusing on serving customers and supporting the unique and diverse needs of manufacturing businesses. She understands the fast paced environment of the printing industry and is excited to work with all of our clients. Stacy received a Bachelors of Science degree from Salem International University.

Graphic Artist

With a degree in Advertising, Design, & Production, Marsha has over 30 years of experience at Jacobs Press. She works directly with many clients and is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as Quark, Freehand, and Publisher. As part of her community support, Marsha provides Cayuga –Onondaga County BOCES students the opportunity to job shadow for college credit within their Graphic Design course.
